Turn your foot so that the heel enters the ankle supports first Recline onto your back and place your hands onto the top of the handles. Your arms should be slightly bent at your side, approximately 15-20 degrees and the heel of each hand should comfortably reach the top of the handles. Firmly push against the handles. When you apply pressure on the handles to administer the stetch, your arms should straighten to be at your sides. The pressure applied should allow the body to stretch an average of one to one and a half inches. You should feel a stretch in the lower back, if not, you may need to adjust the settings.

How do I use the Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Rack?
The Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Rack is used with Gravity Inversion Boots to invert at a full 90º angle. While inverted, you can conduct inverted sit-ups, squats, and rotational stretches. Two features of the Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Rack make it unique.
1 - Locking Brackets ensure your safety. Teeter Hang Ups priority is your safety. There have been a few isolated incidents where children jumping up to catch the rack have un-intentionally unhooked the rack from its "U" shaped holder. The chance of this occurring has been eliminated by the snapping locking lock bracket, which is standard with all units.
